In order to not overgraze and to meet the sheeps demand to explore a bit, I’m herding the sheep in “cells”. Every 2-3 days I will let the sheep move further left or right to the old grazing cell. Because the sheep usually like to graze the fresh grass, I only need to watch the site with the fresh growth. So in theory they wont overgraze the old cell. I’m also choosing roads and natural barriers to define the cells.
Pour éviter le surpâturage et en même temps satisfait les besoins des bêtes, j’ai créé des quartiers. Chaque quartier vas être pâturé pendant 2 à 3 jours. Après cette période je les laisse dépasser à droite ou gauche du vieux quartier. A priori elles ne vont pas repasser sur le vieux et y rester sur le nouveau quartier, alors je dois que parer le côté avec l’herbe fraîche.
